The fire alarm has been activated at Roebling Elementary School. For safety purposes, students and staff have evacuated the building. Today, the extraordinary members of Florence Township Fire District #1 climbed the bleachers at FTMHS to honor the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
In recognition of the 25th anniversary, our firefighters climbed the equivalent of 110 stories — the height of the World Trade Center — in memory of the brave men and women who lost their lives that day.
We are grateful for their service, sacrifice and unwavering commitment to honoring those who came before them. #weremember

We apologize for the slight morning chaos...the change of plans due to the weather certainly threw things off a bit! We know how hard those first-day drop-offs can be, especially for our littlest learners who are starting kindergarten.
Please know that your children are safe, happy, cared for, and in the very best hands. Our staff is excited to welcome each and every one of our students back and make this a day filled with smiles, new adventures, and happy memories.

The first day of school is Thursday, September 3rd. Both Thursday, September 3rd & Friday, September 4th are Early Dismissal Days:
FTMHS -- 7:40 am to 11:40 am
Riverfront -- 7:55 am to 12:05 pm
Roebling Elementary -- 8:20 am to 12:30 pm
Preschool -- 8:50 am to 12:30 pm
EMP/EDP begins on Friday, September 4th. Monday, September 7th, we are closed for Labor Day. We start back up with a Full Day on Tuesday, September 8th.
Due to possible rain this evening we are moving our Cool Start to the New Year event to Monday 8/31 from 5:30-6:30 pm! Please spread the word!
Yesterday we welcomed the Freshman Class of 2030 and today we welcomed the Kindergarten Class of 2039! School Year 26/27 is off to a great start!
